David is a dedicated Loan Officer for Realty Resources and their Hard Money Lending Team. As a trusted guide for real estate investors, he is known for being a local go-to expert in private money financing. David uses his years of industry knowledge to help clients feel confident in their various investment journeys. He is always ready to provide guidance, answer questions, and help borrowers through each step of the lending process. With countless clients that become lasting friends, David truly takes pride in being a part of his borrowers’ success stories.

With more than 30 years of experience in real estate and mortgage lending, David brings deep expertise to the Hard Money Georgia team. He began his career in 1992 after earning a degree in Urban Studies with a focus on real estate from the University of Maryland. David has been a certified real estate licensee since 1994 and has developed over 1,000 acres of Georgia real estate. Over the years, he has specialized in financing for fix-and-flip, construction, refi cash out, and other investment property projects, providing trusted guidance to investors across Georgia.

Geri brings a wealth of accounting experience to the Realty Resources, Hard Money Georgia team. With decades of dedicated service, she brings a depth of insight and knowledge that extends well beyond the traditional role of an office manager. Throughout her career, she has played a key role in supporting the financial structure of the company and helping ensure that internal and external processes run smoothly. Thanks to Geri’s hard work, clients are able to experience a smooth, well-run process without ever noticing the complexity behind the scenes.

 

She graduated with Honors from DePaul University, bringing a strong academic foundation and disciplined approach to her role as Office Manager. Geri’s attention to detail, organization, and calm professional manner with clients are a cornerstone of Realty Resources Corporation’s daily operations. Outside of work, she is passionate about volunteering to help end food insecurity for Georgia families and seniors, as well as cleaning and beautifying her local parks. In addition to volunteer work, she enjoys camping, hiking, and reading a fun mystery or suspense novel.

Josh is a Loan Officer with the Realty Resources, Hard Money Georgia team, bringing a strong foundation in real estate and construction to every transaction. With hands-on experience in construction estimating, Josh plays an integral role in assisting with loan origination, property evaluations, and managing construction draws. His practical understanding of project costs and timelines helps borrowers navigate the lending process with clarity and confidence.

 

Josh earned a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Florida State University, graduating in 2024. In addition to his career, Josh is a dedicated Atlanta Falcons and Florida State Seminoles fan, bringing the same enthusiasm and commitment to his role that he brings to game day.

Michelle has nearly two decades of experience working in financial services and lending with Realty Resources - Hard Money Georgia. Michelle brings a blend of professionalism, warmth, and organization to her role as the Account Manager. She is an essential part in guiding valued clients through the lending process, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Known for being the first welcoming voice you hear when you call us, Michelle has built lasting relationships with borrowers and colleagues alike.

Michelle graduated from Kennesaw State University’s Coles College of Business with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Management. She brings both knowledge and care to every relationship she has built through her many years with Realty Resources – Hard Money Georgia. Outside of work, Michelle loves volunteering and is passionate about animal welfare, as well as spending time in nature: kayaking, hiking and enjoying a good book.

Ron is a Loan Officer and the Founder of Realty Resources Corporation, established in 1976. With decades of experience in private lending, Ron works directly with borrowers to evaluate loan options and structure financing solutions that align with their real estate investment goals. His practical, straightforward approach and deep understanding of asset-based lending have helped guide generations of investors through successful transactions.

 

Ron is a graduate of the University of Georgia and has spent his career deeply involved in real estate, including land development and the creation of residential subdivisions throughout Georgia. His long-standing experience as both a lender and developer continues to shape the firm’s thoughtful, experience-driven lending philosophy, built on stability, reliability, and long-term perspective.
